The Analytics page gives you a high-level view of your AI agents' performance. It helps you track usage and customer interactions.

Summary Metrics

At the top of the page, you will find a set of key performance indicators summarizing your account activity:

Total Chat Bots

The number of active chat-based AI agents currently available in your workspace.

Total Voice Bots

The number of voice-enabled AI agents you have created.

Total Chats

The total number of chat interactions processed by all your chat agents.

Total Calls

The total number of voice calls handled by your voice agents.

Total Scraping Jobs

The number of website scraping tasks configured across all agents.

These metrics provide a quick snapshot of your system's engagement and resource usage.


Recent Activities

The Recent Activities section displays the most recent events across your account. Each entry includes:

  • Activity Type β€” for example, chat or voice

  • Agent Name β€” the AI agent responsible for the event

  • Timestamp β€” the exact time the activity occurred

Important:

This section only displays the latest 5 activities. It is intended as a quick-view summary, not a full interaction log.
