👩💻ExpertEase AI Integrations
This section shows how to integrate your ExpertEase AI bot with third-party tools, applications, or voice platforms. Follow the steps below to edit your chat agent and connect the desired integrations
Step 1: Edit Chat Agent
Navigate to the Chat Agents interface.
Click on Edit Chat Agent for the bot you want to update.
Step 2: Select Integrations
Open the Integrations interface.
Choose the Tools, Apps, or Voice services you want to connect with your bot.
Notes
Make sure the chat agent you select has been properly configured before adding integrations.
You can return to the Integrations interface at any time to update or remove connected services.
