Users on ExpertEase AI can report an issue using the application.
Here is a step by step guide to report an issue.
Go to the User Support page from the sidebar.
Go to the Report an issue tab from top.
You can switch between two types of issues. One is General Issue and the other is Bot related issue.
Enter the information in the available fields. Add attachments if necessary.
After filling the information, click on the Submit button to report the issue.
Your issues will be listed in the Your Issues tab.
You can sort the issues by their resolved status.
If the issues are not yet resolved, you can start a support chat with the admin.
Click on the cat icon next to Not Resolved text on the issue.
Chat popup will appear. Type and send messages and attachments. Admin will get back to you soon.
