Adding Knowledge

The Adding Knowledge section lets you upload and manage the information your AI agent relies on. Here you can add documents, webpages, cloud storage files, YouTube videos and embedded data sources.

πŸ” How to Access the Adding Knowledge Page

There are two ways to access the Adding Knowledge section.

1. From the Agent Details Page

  1. Go to Chat Agents in the sidebar.

  2. Locate your agent in the list and click the Edit Data Agent icon.

  1. Click Add Data (as shown in the figure). This opens the Adding Knowledge interface directly for the selected agent.

2. From the Data Centre Column

  1. Go to Chat Agents in the sidebar.

  2. Locate your agent in the list.

  3. Click the Data Centre icon (database symbol). You will be taken straight to the Adding Knowledge page.

πŸ“‚ Adding Knowledge Interface

The interface is organised into five tabs, each representing a different content source. Uploaded or connected content will appear in Embed Data, where it must be embedded to become part of your agent's knowledge base.

  • File Upload – Upload documents.

  • Web Content – Add websites, webpages or URLs.

  • Cloud Storage – Import from connected cloud services.

Cloud Storage
  • YouTube Videos – Add video links to extract transcripts.

YouTube Videos
  • Embed Data – Review and embed all pending items.
