Create New Bot

You can start creating a new bot either by clicking Create New Bot at the top of side-panel or you can visit Bots page and click on Create New Bot button at the top right side of page.

After clicking , a new page will appear that will have:

• Bot Name

• Bot Role where you can choose a predefined role or define your own

• Option to select different bot functions such as:

  • appointment - to book and view appointments via Google Calendar, Outlook, or Calendly (view only).

  • consulting - enables expert-like advisory capabilities using a structured approach.

  • lead capture - equips your bot to professionally collect and confirm contact details.

  • geolocation - Enables the bot to locate nearest businesses based on user location data.

• Option to select answer length. Available options are short, medium (1000 chars), long (2000 chars)

• Input Language e.g. English, Spanish, Japanese, etc.

• Option to tune your bot to behave it as you want in the Bot Context field.

After you are done with filling up information , you will click on Next Button at lower right side of page.

• Upload icon/bot avatar by clicking on the upload button

• Select Colour Scheme for your Bot's Chat UI

• Define up to 3 widget text/questions that will appear when you deploy your bot on your application.

• Bot and Widget preview to see what it would look like on your app.

Once you have selected configurations for your bot click Submit and you will see the page in below.

Now you can click Knowledge, and you will land at the most important part of Bot Creation process. Please check this link:

You will also find the following sections:

1. Chat History - where all your past chats for the bot will be stored.

2. Integrations - to connect multiple services such as Microsoft 365 apps, CRM systems, Calendar tools, or E-commerce apps.

3. Leads - to show the leads captured during chat with the bot.
