The Embed Data tab is the final step for making any uploaded content usable by your AI agent. Regardless of how you imported your files — File Upload, Web Content, Cloud Storage, or YouTube Videos — everything must be processed here before it becomes searchable.
How it works
All uploaded websites, webpages, URLs, and documents appear in this tab.
Review or remove any items you don't want to embed.
Click Embed to begin processing.
Once completed, files are immediately available to your AI agent.
This step ensures your content is indexed, chunked, and ready for retrieval.
Once embedding is complete, your AI agents can instantly use the newly added knowledge.
