Cloud Storage

The Cloud Storage tab allows you to import files directly from your preferred cloud service. ExpertEase AI supports four platforms: Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox

How to Upload Files from Cloud Storage

1. Select a Cloud Platform

On the Cloud Storage page, click the cloud service you want to use β€” for example, Google Drive. A sign-in or permissions window will appear.

2. Authorise Access

Grant ExpertEase AI permission to access files from your selected cloud platform.

For Google Drive:

  • Choose the Google account you want to use.

  • Review the requested access.

  • Click Continue to proceed.

Once authorised, ExpertEase AI will begin connecting to your cloud storage.

3. Choose Files to Import

A file picker window will open, displaying your cloud storage files.

You can:

  • Click to select a file.

  • Use the search bar to locate a specific document.

  • Select one or multiple files (depending on the provider).

Click Select to confirm.

4. Review Selected Files and Upload

After selecting files, you will see them listed under Selected Files.

Here you can:

  • Hover over any file to reveal the delete icon (bin) to remove it from the selection.

  • Click Clear All to remove all selected files.

Make sure the list only contains the files you want to upload.

Click Upload Files to import the selected files into your agent.

5. Finish by Embedding Your Files

Just like all other knowledge sources, cloud files must be processed before they become available for your agent.

To complete this:

  1. Switch to the Embed Data tab.

  2. Your imported files will appear under Documents & Other Files.

  3. Click Embed to begin the embedding process.

Once completed, your content becomes part of your AI agent's knowledge base.
