Chat Agent
Follow the step-by-step instructions below to create, configure, and finalise your agent.
Step 1: Create Chat Agent
Click on New Chat Agent.

Name your Agent.

Specify the Agent Role so that the agent can function effectively for your internal teams.

Step 2: Add Instructions and Logo
You can either write your own instructions or copy and paste pre-written instructions into the designated area.

Optionally, upload a logo for your agent to personalise it.

Click Next Step to review the additional configuration options available.

Step 3: Configure Agent Options
Click on the colour blocks to change the Theme Color and Font Color.

Enter up to three preview questions that will appear in the widget.

Step 4: Create the Agent
Once the configuration is complete, click on Create Agent.

Your agent will now be available for internal use.
Notes
Ensure that the Agent role and instructions provided are precise and tailored to your team’s workflows.
You can adjust all configurations later by selecting Edit Chat Agent
