Voice Agent

ExpertEase AI enables you to generate custom Voice Agents for real-time voice interactions. Voice agents can be used for call handling, voice assistance, lead generation, and customer support.

Step 1: Create Voice Agent

  1. Click on New Chat Agent.

  1. Enter a Voice Agent Name.

  1. (Optional) Upload an Agent Avatar (max 2MB).

Step 2: Define Agent Role

  1. Select the Voice Agent Roles

Step 3: Configure Voice Settings

  1. Voice Input Language: Choose the input language for your agent (e.g., English).

  2. Speaking Speed: Adjust the slider to control how fast the agent speaks.

  3. Accent: Select the preferred accent (e.g., Australian).

  4. Privacy Option: Toggle on/off to hide or retain voice call history.

  5. Voice Preview: Click Preview Voice to listen to how your settings will sound.

Step 4: Tune Your Model

  1. Add any specific instructions, facts, or background information that will help the agent answer effectively.

Step 5: Create the Voice Agent

  1. Once all fields are configured, click Create Agent.

  1. Your new Voice Agent will now be available for deployment.

Notes

  • Ensure the Voice Input Language matches the expected user interactions.

  • You can adjust all configurations later by selecting Edit Voice Agent.

  • Avatars are optional but recommended for easy identification in the dashboard.
