Voice Agent
ExpertEase AI enables you to generate custom Voice Agents for real-time voice interactions. Voice agents can be used for call handling, voice assistance, lead generation, and customer support.
Step 1: Create Voice Agent
Click on New Chat Agent.

Enter a Voice Agent Name.

(Optional) Upload an Agent Avatar (max 2MB).

Step 2: Define Agent Role
Select the Voice Agent Roles

Step 3: Configure Voice Settings
Voice Input Language: Choose the input language for your agent (e.g., English).
Speaking Speed: Adjust the slider to control how fast the agent speaks.
Accent: Select the preferred accent (e.g., Australian).
Privacy Option: Toggle on/off to hide or retain voice call history.
Voice Preview: Click Preview Voice to listen to how your settings will sound.

Step 4: Tune Your Model
Add any specific instructions, facts, or background information that will help the agent answer effectively.

Step 5: Create the Voice Agent
Once all fields are configured, click Create Agent.

Your new Voice Agent will now be available for deployment.
Notes
Ensure the Voice Input Language matches the expected user interactions.
You can adjust all configurations later by selecting Edit Voice Agent.
Avatars are optional but recommended for easy identification in the dashboard.
