The Voice tab allows you to connect third-party voice services to your ExpertEase AI agent. This enables real-time voice interactions via external voice platforms.
Third-Party Voice Integration
Setup Steps
Click on Third-Party Voice Integration.
In the pop-up window, click the Copy button to copy the webhook URL.
Navigate to your third-party voice service provider’s dashboard.
Locate the Webhook or Integration Settings section.
Paste the copied URL into the appropriate field and save your changes.
Notes
Each voice service provider may have slightly different steps for adding a webhook. Refer to your provider’s documentation for details.
Ensure that the webhook is active and accessible so that ExpertEase AI can receive voice interaction data.
