The Voice tab allows you to connect third-party voice services to your ExpertEase AI agent. This enables real-time voice interactions via external voice platforms.

Third-Party Voice Integration

Setup Steps

1. Click on Third-Party Voice Integration.

1. In the pop-up window, click the Copy button to copy the webhook URL.

1. Navigate to your third-party voice service provider’s dashboard.

2. Locate the Webhook or Integration Settings section.

3. Paste the copied URL into the appropriate field and save your changes.

Notes

• Each voice service provider may have slightly different steps for adding a webhook. Refer to your provider’s documentation for details.

• Ensure that the webhook is active and accessible so that ExpertEase AI can receive voice interaction data.
