I haven't received my verification link

If you haven't received your verification link, then you can check following things:

  • Check your spam folder in your Inbox.

  • You can also regenerate a new link after 30 seconds by clicking on the Resend button on the verification page.

How to upload a custom chatbot Icon
  1. Login to the app using your registered credentials.

  2. Click on Bots Menu Item in side-panel.

  3. Click on Edit Bot button next to your bot

  4. Click on Upload your avatar image

  5. Upload image and click on Update button at the lower right side of page.
