π· Dashboard Overview
Your ExpertEase AI dashboard is the central place to manage your ExA account. From here, you can create new AI agents, monitor performance, manage payments, and configure your settings.
At the top of the page, you will see Your Demo AI Agents, a quick-access carousel showing the AI agents available in your workspace.
Below that, the Analytics section gives you a usage snapshot β such as total chat agents, total chats, total scraping jobs, and remaining voice minutes. Messages that your AI agents can send are capped by the plan you are subscribed to. You can upgrade at any time.
If you ever need help, we're just a message away. You can reach out to us using the User Support menu in the side panel.

Home
Home is your starting point. It provides a high-level overview of:
Your demo AI agents
Recent activities
Key analytics for your account
Chat Agents
The Chat Agents section lists all your chat-based AI agents in a clean table view. From this screen, you can:
Search Chat Agents β quickly find an agent by name.
View Agent Details, including:
Avatar
Personality (e.g., Customer Support, Marketing)
Last Content Refresh shows when your agent's content was last updated via sitemap crawling
Data Centre used for the agent's embeddings and storage
Edit Chat Agent β modify personality, knowledge sources, settings, or behaviour.
View Script β open a code snippet that helps you embed the agent on your website.
Live Preview β interact with the agent instantly to test changes.
Delete Agent β permanently remove the agent.
Copy Agent Name / ID β for quick reference during deployment.
You can also adjust the Rows per page at the bottom to manage large numbers of agents.

Voice Agents
The Voice Agents section shows all of your voice-enabled AI agents. This screen allows you to:
Search Voice Agents β filter your agents by name.
Review Agent Information, including:
Avatar
Personality
Last Content Refresh
Data Centre
Edit Voice Agent β modify voice settings, call flow, or connected knowledge sources.
Manage Calls β view call logs or configure voice routing.
View Script β access the script required to embed voice functionalities.
Live Preview β test your voice agent in real time.
Delete Agent β remove a voice agent from your workspace.
Rows per page can also be adjusted at the bottom to improve navigation.

Inbox
The Inbox section is your central hub for reviewing all conversations from your AI agents. Here you can:
View chats across all your agents, with details like user IP address, date/time, and status.
Click the View Details to open a full chat transcript and see how your agent responded.

Analytics
The Analytics section provides detailed performance insights, including:
Total chats and calls handled
Number of active AI agents
Scraping jobs and document ingestion
Usage trends over time
This helps you understand how your AI agents are performing and where your customers need the most support.

Payments
The Payments section allows you to view and manage all billing-related information for your ExpertEase AI account. From this page, you can:
View Payment History β see all past transactions, including completed payments, refunds, and invoices.
View Upcoming Payments β check subscriptions that are scheduled for renewal.
Filter results by status (e.g., Paid, Pending, Failed) and by date range.
Manage Active Subscriptions β review your current subscription status.
Export Data β download your transaction records for accounting or internal reporting.
Plans
The Plans section allows you to review your current subscription and upgrade your ExpertEase AI account as your needs grow. From this page, you can:
View all available plans β compare features such as chat limits, voice minutes, number of agents, scraping frequency, and support level.
See your current plan β highlighted clearly so you know what tier you are on.
Upgrade or change plans β instantly move to a higher tier to unlock more usage and capabilities.
Review plan benefits β each plan shows key details such as:
Number of chat agents
Number of voice agents
Monthly chat message limit
Monthly voice minutes
Scraping jobs
Embedding and knowledge base capacity
Support access
The Plans page helps you scale your AI capabilities seamlessly as your business grows.

API Key
The API Key section allows you to securely generate and manage API tokens for your AI agents. From this page, you can:
Generate a new API key β create a fresh token for use in deployments or applications.
Copy or revoke existing keys β easily retrieve or invalidate tokens when needed.
Integrate your AI agents β use the key in your website, mobile app, or backend to connect to your chat or voice agents.
Understand usage constraints β reference documentation for rate limits, security best practices, and token scopes.

β Creating New AI Agents
At the top left of the dashboard, you will see:
New Chat Agent
New Voice Agent
Click New Chat Agent to create a new chat-based AI agent, or New Voice Agent for a voice-based AI agent. You will be guided through:
Selecting the type of agent
Connecting knowledge sources
Configuring embeddings and scraping jobs
Setting the agent's behaviour
Choosing deployment options
