You can connect your chat agent with a CRM service to sync and manage customer data. The supported services include HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM.
Step 1: Manage Integration
Under Tools, locate CRM and click on Manage Integration.

Step 2: Select CRM Service
In the pop-up window, select the CRM service you want to connect (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM).
Click Connect next to your chosen service.

Example: select Zoho CRM.
Step 2: Configure and Authorise
A configuration window will appear where you can review and customise permissions for modules such as Leads, Accounts, and Contacts.
Once ready, click Connect to Zoho CRM.

You will be redirected to an authorisation page.
Click Accept to grant the required permissions.

Step 4: Integration Confirmation
After successful authorisation, you will see a message confirming that the CRM is connected.
The connected CRM's icon (e.g., Zoho CRM) will appear under the CRM section.

Step 5: Manage or Disconnect
If you no longer wish to use the integration, click Disconnect at any time.
You can reconnect or switch to another CRM service later by repeating the steps above.

Notes
Connecting a new CRM will automatically disconnect any previously connected service.
Ensure that your CRM account has the proper permissions enabled for smooth integration.
