Go to Bots page from the sidebar. Click on the Data Centre of the bot you want. The Data Centre for that bot appears.
You have the tabs at the top including add web pages, add websites, add files, chats and custom data. We will go through each one step-by-step.
From the tabs at top select the Add Web Pages tab.
Click on the Add Web Pages button on the right.
Add Web Page modal will appear.
Enter the URL for you web page in the URL Field and press the Add button.
The URL will be listed below the field. Add many URLs as you want.
After adding the URLs, press the Sub URLs button to submit the URLs.
The web pages will be submitted, and the system will make embeddings for them.
From the tabs at the top, select the Add Websites tab.
Click in the Add Websites button on the right.
"Add Websites" modal will appear.
Enter the Website you want to add in the field, then press the Add button.
The website will be listed below the field, with some options. You can add multiple websites.
Click on the Advanced Controls button to view the advanced settings.
In advanced controls, you can also specify the paths that you don't want to be scrapped for each website.
In advanced controls, you can also specify the contents that you don't want to be scrapped for each website.
You can remove the website from the list, by clicking on the Delete button.
Once you have added all the websites, click on the Upload URLs button to upload them to the Data Centre. The Modal will close, and the websites will be listed in the table.
The "Status" column shows the progress of the embedding.
The "Total Sub URLs" column shows the total number of sub URLs found in the website.
The "Progress" column shows the current progress in percentage of the embeddings.
The "Reason" column will show the reasons in case an error occurred during processing.
The "Logs" column will show the logs for the processing.
The "Time" column will shoe the data and time of creation of the website.
You can delete a website from the list by clicking on the Delete button next to the website that you want to delete.
The View SubURLs button will open a modal which will list the sub URLs found in the website.
You can select the sub URLs that are not already been selected to make their embeddings, by selecting them and clicking on the Create Embeddings button at the bottom of the modal.
You can view the scrapping status, embedding status, failure reason, and the scrapped content for each sub URL from the sub URLs modal.
PDF / TXT / CSV / Word / Excel Files can be added to the Data Centre.
Select the Add Files tab from the tabs at the top in the Data Centre.
Click the Add files button to select and add a file.
The File will be listed in the table with its name, type, status, reason of failure, logs, and time.
You can view the chats with you chatbot.
Select the Chats tab from the tabs at the top. It will show the list of chats some on different IP addresses, with chat id, date, and a Details button.
On Clicking the Details button, the chat will be shown with the sources for each response of the chatbot.
By clicking the Sources button under the bot's response you can see the sources from which the bot gathered the data for that response.
From the tabs at top select the "Custom Data" tab.
Click on the Custom Table button, right above the table.
A modal with "Table name", and "Table Description" fields appears. Enter the name for table and description for it.
Click on the Create Table button.
The new table will be shown in the list, with the name, description, create embeddings, embedding status, success logs, error logs and action columns.
Under the action column click on the View Table button to add data in the table. A modal will appear with three buttons named Add Column, Add Row, and Add CSV on top right.
In order to add a column to the table, click on the Add Column button. A Modal with "Column Key" and "Column Label" fields will appear.
Enter the key and label for the table, and click on the Add button. The column will be added to the table.
In order to add a row in the table, click on the Add Row button. It will add a row in the table.
Enter your data in the row.
You can also upload a CSV file instead of entering the data yourself, by clicking on the Add CSV button.
After you have completed, click on the Upload Data button.
Click on the Create Embeddings button on top to make embeddings for the data you uploaded.
