Thank you for starting your digital communication journey with ExpertEase AI. We look forward to being a part of your growth journey.
In your dashboard you can manage your ExA account including creating new AI assistants, manage settings and much more. The analytics section is where you will learn how your bots are performing, all messages sent. Messages that your bots can send are capped by the plan that you are subscribed to. You can upgrade as you go; we are always just a text away. You can reach out to us anytime using the User Support Panel in Side Panel.
Home is where you are.
Bots is the menu to pick a bot that you wish to manage or edit.
Inbox is the centre of all your messages. All the interactions show up here.
Analytics will hold all the insights and performance statistics of the bots you have deployed.
Payments is the centre of all the history of transactions.
Whenever you want to scale up, go to Plans page, and choose the plan you want. We are here to help you.
If you face any problem or you would like to talk to us, User Support is the screen you would want to visit.
API Key is to generate API token for your bots. This section will tell you how to implement your chatbot to your website. However, if this section does not make sense to you, please use "User Support" to contact us and we will help you with that.
Now, once you have made friends with ExpertEase AI, letβs get down to business.
Click on Create New Bot at top of side-panel, and you will have many options. Choose where you want to enhance your customer experience. To see more about how to create a new bot, please see the next section.
