Connecting your Zoho CRM

In this section, we will guide you on how to connect your Zoho account on our platform.

Prerequisites

  • A created bot (see our Create New Bot guide if you haven't set one up yet)

  • An active Zoho CRM account with appropriate permissions

Step-by-Step Connection Process

Step 1: Access Bot Integrations

  1. Navigate to your bot's main page

  2. Click on the Integrations section

Step 2: Locate CRM Options

In the bot integrations page, find the CRM section among the available integration options.

Step 3: Select Zoho Connection

  1. Click on Zoho from the CRM connection options

  2. You'll be redirected to Zoho's secure authentication page

Step 4: Authenticate Your Account

  1. Log in using your Zoho account credentials

  2. Grant the necessary permissions when prompted

  3. You'll be automatically redirected back to your bot dashboard

Confirmation

Once authentication is complete, you'll see a confirmation message indicating your Zoho CRM is now successfully connected to your bot.
